NOTICE OF THE CITY OF PARRAMATTA RSL SUB-BRANCH

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING.

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Returned & Services League -

City of Parramatta RSL sub-Branch will be held in the Macquarie Room, Parramatta RSL Club 

on Saturday, 11th February 2012 and will commence at 11.00am.

Nominations will be called for the 2012 Committee Positions at the

General Meeting to be held on the 19 January 2012.

Notices of Motion are to be in the hands of the Secretary, Bryan West,

no later than close of business Thursday 9 February 2012.


*All members are reminded that in accordance with the RSL (NSW Branch) Constitution and

By-Laws; only Life Members, Life Subscribers and Financial Service Members of the City of Parramatta RSL sub-Branch who have declared their voting rights for this sub-Branch are

entitled to vote and must produce their Membership card when signing in.

*There will be no proxy or postal voting.               *Voting will be by way of secret ballot.
