Rewards Program
The Members Rewards Program recognises the loyalty of our members and in return rewards them through various discounts, special promotions, in-house purchases and exclusive events. It gives the club a chance to say ‘Thankyou’ to their members and in addition gives the members more opportunities to be rewarded.
The program is based upon a system of tiering which means that the more points you earn on your card, the higher the level that you can aspire to achieve. The five levels include Sapphire being the lowest level, Ruby, Emerald, Diamond and Double Diamond being our top rewards level. In order to progress to our top level members are encouraged to accrue the number of points they earn on their card whether it be from Gaming, Food and Beverage, Show Tickets and Events.
How do I know what level I’m in?
When you have inserted you membership card into a gaming machine, a letter will be displayed after your name. This letter is the first letter of the level you are in. Double Diamond Members have the symbol *.
How can I go up a level?
On the 8th of each month we will move Members up to the level that they qualify for, based on the points they have earned on their member card.
How can I use my points?
You can use your points to make purchases within Parramatta RSL Club as well as gift vouchers or depending on your level other items. Reward Points cannot be redeemed for cash.
Note: Using your points within the club to make purchases does not alter the level you are in.
