Parramatta RSL’s grants Kids Christmas wishes
Parramatta RSL Club is helping create a very merry Christmas for all the children at Ronald McDonald House at Westmead.
Parramatta RSL is proudly supporting a wishing tree for all the kids staying at Ronald McDonald House as well as their brothers and sisters.
Every child deserves their Christmas wish to come true, so help fulfil one of these Children’s wish today by taking a tag from the Christmas tree and purchasing a gift for them.
Adrienne Pearson, General Manager of Ronald McDonald house Westmead said, “When a family arrives at Ronald McDonald House Westmead they have no idea how long their child may be ill, and whether they will have to stay over the Christmas period. At Ronald McDonald House Westmead all the family are welcome and brothers and sisters of the sick child are here for the Christmas season. We understand that the best place to be at Christmas is with your family, but as these families cannot be home the next best place is for them to be together at Ronald McDonald House Westmead”.
Each tag will be personalised with the name, age and gender of a child currently living at Ronald McDonald House. You can then go out and purchase a gift priced from $15-$20 and leave it at the bottom of the Christmas Tree by Wednesday the 16th of December, ready for Parramatta RSL to deliver it to the child at Ronald McDonald House.
