Parramatta Operations Manager to be recognised for her achievements
Parramatta RSL Operations Manager, Karen Butler, has been recognized for her notable achievements in the Hospitality Industry.
The 2009 CMAA Chicago Hotel-Motel Bursary has been awarded to Karen Butler as she has shown a great deal of aptitude and commitment in her role as Operations Manager at Parramatta RSL Club.
The award is sponsored by Profitable Hospitality, a leading provider of subscriber website http://www.profitablehospitality.com. Their website has resources and systems to support club food and beverage profitability.
President and Chairman of the Castle Hill RSL said, “We are very proud of Karen and are thrilled that her dedication and hard work has been recognised by such a renowned and celebrated award.
As the receiver of the 2009 CMAA Chicago Hotel – Motel Bursary, Karen will participate in the National Restaurant Association Hotel Motel Show which will be held in Chicago in May.
The show is the largest single gathering of restaurant, food service and international hos-pitality professionals. The six day show incorporates a custom designed educational and hospitality program aiming to inspire and educate all attendees.
Tour leader and Director of Profitable Hospitality said, “Participation in this tour will intro-duce Karen to a group of highly motivated industry professionals from the Club, Restau-rant and Hotel industries, as well as the opportunity to see and experience first – hand the latest concepts, function catering, food operations and leading technology”.
