A short note to say thankyou to all involved in our Wedding.Our gusets were really impressed with the whole club. You are fantastic, truly professional. Everything went like clockwork. Thanks for the late table seating and meal change on Fri. The Events cCordinator was on the ball, the Events Supervisor on the night was really professional, and wow what an MC! Thanks for booking him it was like having a member of the family rather than someone we met 15 mins before the start. A big thankyou must go to all the staff in the Linden Room and the main bar (I think we were almost the last to leave) . The flowers from Lily Pad were also stunning.

Joanne Murphy & Andrew Michel’s Wedding Reception, 12th July 2009
It is with great pleasure that I am writing to compliment your exceptional staff at Parramatta RSL Club and thank you for the most beautiful, enjoyable and memorable day of our lives. Our wedding reception was perfect and an absolute credit to your dedicated and hard working team who finalised it all in 8 weeks!
From the first moment I telephoned the Club and spoke to the Events Coordinator in Functions I was impressed with her professionalism, knowledge and service. She understood immediately the time restraints I had to organise the wedding and emailed me all the information on the wedding packages within 10 minutes. She then invited me that same afternoon to visit the Club and look at the function room and discuss things further. I found her friendly, positive “can do” attitude very reassuring and I walked away from our meeting with the upmost confidence that things could be organised in time. I booked the Macquarie Room and paid the deposit the following week.
Throughout the planning of the reception this excellent level of service continued. The Events Coordinator and I communicated regularly over the next 8 weeks by phone and email with her always replying promptly to my requests. On several occasions, she found time in her busy day to meet with me to finalise details. She introduced me to the Operations Manager and Event Supervisor Nicole Curry who also were happy to meet with me to discuss the finer details. I found all your staff to be friendly, helpful and professional.
On the morning of the wedding it rained. Our ceremony was to be held in Parramatta Park but your team prepared the Linden Room to hold the ceremony in the likelihood that it might be rained out. Luckily the rain stopped by the afternoon and the wedding was held in the Park as we wished. But, this is just one example of the dedication of your team and how their service always went far and beyond what was required.
On the evening of the reception The Operations Manager, Events Coordinator and Event Supervisor were waiting at the door and warmly greeted us as we entered the Club. They had prepared drinks and a room for Andrew and I and our bridal party to relax. This once again reinforced the high, ongoing level of service from your team.
The Macquarie Room was absolutely beautiful and was just as I had imagined it to be. The Functions Team did an exceptional job of putting my ideas and visions into reality. All the guests commented during the night on the elegance and ambience of the room.
You Chef did a fabulous job with all the food; it was delicious and served on time with our guests complimenting the wait staff on their excellent service and friendliness.
Our DJ and MC was professional and funny and did an excellent job of keeping the night running smoothly.
The whole night was perfect and Andrew and I could not have asked for a more beautiful evening. We would highly recommend Parramatta RSL to anyone looking to hold a function in the future.Please pass on our sincere thanks and gratitude to all your wonderful staff that helped make our day so very special.

I would like to thank you and the staff who made our function on August 22 such a pleasurable evening. The environment of the table setting was perfect which enhanced the concept of all the guests interacting with each other. The waiting staff were very pleasant and accomodating to all the guests and they greatly assisted us during the family mug shot when they were confronted with the numerous varieties of cameras. The abundance of the food was a culinary delight and prepared to a five star standard: everyone was so impressed with the beef and lamb dishes they all made several return trips to the servery - even the most fustidious guests.
It is without doubt that I would use the facilities of your club for future engagements and highly recommend the facilities to others. Thank you

We would just like to thank you all so much for all that you did to make Mark's party a success. We had so much fun.
We had the best time ever and everything went well. The food was great and everyone was commenting on the lovely choices. The DJ was a big hit and thanks to his wonderful music we were all up dancing for most of the night.
The staff was fantastic and they attended to our every need. Nothing was too much trouble for them and the whole night went smoothly. They were great.
I can’t thank you enough for ensuring everything went well. Mark and I thank you sincerely for all your hard work. We had the best time and would recommend Parramatta RSL Club to everyone we know.
